私は、キッズジャパンを通じて、子どもから大人まで、世界中の人たちに「 生き甲斐 」や「 やり甲斐 」を見つけて欲しいと本気で願っております。

急速に進むAI（人工知能）技術、ITの進化、
デジタルコンテンツが溢れる情報化社会で、価値観も生き方も多様化し、将来的に「 人の価値 」が証明しづらい世界になっていくと感じております。
一人ひとりが「 やり甲斐・生き甲斐・暮らし甲斐 」を感じることができる社会の実現に向け、デジタルと人が生み出せる価値を融合させていくことが、新しい価値を創出していくと考えております。
私は、人が生み出せる価値は、「 教育 」から生まれると確信しています。
教育には無限の可能性があり、人の幸せと希望を実現し、未来を変える大きな力があると信じています。
未来の子どもたちのため、日本のために、
「 教育価値（レベル）と質（クオリティ） 」をもっと高め、人の価値を生み出すフィールドをつくっていくことが、キッズジャパンの使命であり、存在意義でございます。

保護者の皆さまに
子ども教育の「 正しい選択 」と「 正しい判断 」ができる最良のプラットフォームを提供し続けること、子どもたちがしっかりと学んでいける環境づくり、保護者の皆さまにたくさんの感動と喜びをお届けすることを約束いたします。
キッズジャパンは、「 子どもの安全安心 」・「 子どものポートフォリオの生成（成長記録と分析） 」・「 動画機能によるアーカイブの生成 」など豊富なコンテンツがあり、保護者の皆さまの希望を追求したサービスになっております。
私は、保護者の皆さんの新しい思考や視点、正しい選択と判断がお子さんの未来を創ると考えているため、子どもの挑戦と成長を最優先し、保護者の皆さまに寄り添い、「 あたたかさ 」と「 ぬくもり 」を感じていただくために精進して参ります。

教育者の皆さまに
教育者（先生・コーチ・アドバイザー）としてのあたらしい人生を選択された皆さまの決意、決断を全力で応援し支えていくことを約束いたします。
そのためにも、サクセスしたい明確な目標と志をもつこと、
キャリア形成にもっとも大切なことは、将来を描き、日々の積み重ねと人生の解像度を上げていくことだと思います。

In a rapidly advancing society driven by AI technology and IT, where digital content overflows and information is everywhere, values and lifestyles are becoming increasingly diverse. I feel that in the future, it may become difficult to prove the “value of human beings.”
To realize a society where each person can truly feel purpose, meaning, and joy in their daily lives, I believe we must integrate the values created by both digital technology and human beings.
And I am convinced that the greatest value created by humans is born through education.
Education holds infinite possibilities. I believe it has the power to bring happiness and hope to people, and even change the future.
For the children of the future, and for Japan,
It is our mission at KidsJapan to enhance the value and quality of education, and to create a field where human potential can truly shine. That is the very reason for our existence.
